Requests for Maintenance are sent to the property email and reviewed during the normal office hours.
Each request is addressed based on priority, parts availability and staffing schedules.
Daytime Emergency requests submitted during normal office hours are addressed with 12 hours of submission.
Non-emergency requests submitted during normal office hours are addressed with 48 hours (pending parts availablity and staffing).
Non-emergency requests submitted after office hours and on weekends will be reviewed on the next business day and addressed accordingly.
After Hours Emergencies:
If you have a fire or life emergency, please call 911 immediately, then call the After Hours Maintenance Emergency Number provided by your property.
